Hi Everyone,
Quick update, just heard on the news it's been the wettest start to July for 18 years with over 55 mm of rain - I've said all along it would torrentially rain when they wanted to lay our slab so I'll go back to the vegie patch and sit patiently for some sunny days to dry out the ground :O)
Want to get some new seedlings on Friday whilst in town to plant in the patches as they are looking a little bare at the moment.
Cut a couple of cauliflowers today and boy do the 'gerls' love those leaves, they strip them bare in minutes.
Another dozen 'cackleberries' today so some baking is on the cards tomorrow,.
From out the back amongst the sogginess......lol
Millie xx

pIsn't that always the way - rain when it's not wanted!
Enjoy your baking day. I'd love to know what you are making or indeed what you have made. Isn't it just the best to have your own fresh eggs. Nothing beats it.
